Whatever your resolutions for 2016 are, there is a very good reason that getting organized should be among them. When it comes to New Year’s resolutions, getting organized is the sixth most popular resolution with 18 percent of Americans cleaning up their act, according to a recent survey by Nielsen. What you may not know, is that decluttering and living a more organized life can help you achieve the most popular resolutions of staying fit, losing weight and enjoying life to the fullest. Researchers have found connections between the amount of clutter in your home, mental health and obesity.
